在我校申请系统中，申请人必须如实用中文或英文填写并在线提交以下申请材料：
1. 《中国政府奖学金申请表》
在CSC申请系统中完成在线申请后下载。
2. 《西北大学外国留学生入学申请表》
在西北大学留学生申请系统中在线填写完成即可。
3. 《外国人体格检查记录》
申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查记录》中要求的项目进行检查, 用英文或中文填写。缺项、未贴本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查记录》无效。鉴于检查结果有效期为6个月，请申请人据此确定本人进行体检的时间。
4. 无犯罪记录证明原件
5. 最高学历学位证明原件及公证件（应届毕业生须提交学校官方出具的预毕业证明）。
6. 本科或硕士阶段全部课程的成绩单原件及公证件
7. 推荐信两封，由教授或副教授出具。
8. 来华学习或研究计划
申请人须提交用中文或英文书写的来华学习或研究计划(不少于1000字）。
9. 研究成果
已发表的论文、获奖证书、发明专利等证明自己学术成就和研究能力的资料。
10. 语言水平证明
申请英文授课项目，需提交英语水平证明。雅思5.5分或托福60分及以上，或其他经我校认定的同等英语水平证明。
申请汉语授课项目，需提交汉语水平证明。HSK5级180分以上或其他经我校认定的同等汉语水平证明。
11. 有效普通护照复印件
12. 申请者需提前与意向导师联系，获得《导师接收函》。

The applicants must fill in and provide the following materials truly and correctly on our application system in either Chinese or English.
1.Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship.
Downloaded after online application in CSC system.
2.NWU Application Form for International Students.
Automatically formed after online application in NWU system.
3.Completed Original Physical Examination Record for Foreigners.
The physical examination must cover ALL the items listed in form. The forms with incomplete records or without the suggestion and signature of the attending physician, official cross-edge stamp of the hospital or a sealed photograph of the applicant are invalid. Please select the appropriate time to take physical examination as the result is valid for only 6 months.
4.Original Non-Criminal Record.
5.Original Highest Diploma and its Notarized Copies (Prospective diploma winners must submit official certificate from their current university/school).
6.Original transcripts in the latest study period, such as undergraduate or graduate period ones and their notarized copies.
7.Two original recommendation letters written by professors or associate professors.
8.A Study Plan or Research Proposal.
Applicants must submit a written study plan or research proposal in English or Chinese.(With a minimum of 1000 words).
9.Research Achievements.
Applicants may submit published research papers, award certificates or other documents to prove their achievement and ability in academic research if any.
10.Certificate of Language Proficiency.
English-taught programs: Transcrip of IELTS5.5 and above,TOEFL60 and above.Other language proficiency certificate is also acceptable upon approved by NWU.
Chinese-taught programs: Report of HSK5(180) points and above. Other language proficiency certificate is also acceptable upon approved by NWU.
11.Photocopy of Valid Ordinary Passport.

NOTE:
a) In complete Applications will be rejected;
b) Notarized Chinese/English versions are required for documents with languages other than the two.
