Compulsory courses -- Comprehensive Reading, listening, speaking and writing;
Electives courses -- Tai Chi (Tai-Ji), Calligraphy, Chinese painting, etc.
Small Class Teaching: There are about 20 students in each class, and students from different countries are taught in mixed classes.
Different Levels: Elementary Chinese Language, Intermediate Chinese Language, and Advanced Chinese Language Classes are provided which exactly match students' Chinese levels.
Completion Certificate: A transcript will be issued at the end of the program and a completion certificate will be issued for students who successfully complete the program.
Language&Cultural Practice: Each semester, the School of International Education will arrange various cultural activities and sports events for international students.
Application Procedures
1.Online application at NWU international student application system at http://nwu.17gz.org
2.Pay the application fee. The university will send Payment Notice for Application through system information/email.
3.Application complete. Students should pay close attention to the application system and registered email; follow up the latest information such as pre-admission review, acceptance information, etc.

Insurance fee: 800RMB/year
Tuition:
3,000RMB for 1 month
8,000RMB for 3 months
15,000RMB for 1 year
Application Documents
1.NWU Application Form for International Students.
Automatically formed after online application in NWU system.
2.Foreigner Physical Examination Form.
3.Original Highest Diploma and its Notarized Copies (Prospective diploma winners must submit official certificate from their current university/school).
4.Original transcripts in the latest study period, such as undergraduate or graduate period ones and their notarized copies.
5.Certificate of Language Proficiency (if any).
6.Photocopy of Valid Ordinary Passport.
7.ID Photo
8.Original Non-Criminal Record.
9.Self-supporting students should offer financial support documents.
