On July 27th of 2017, the Open Ceremony for the second session of Workshop on Education and Technology Cooperation for South Sudan was held at NWU. The workshop was imitated by the Ministry of Commerce of China, undertook by China South Publishing and Media group, and jointly carried out by Ontop International Culture and Media Co. Ltd and Northwest University. In the following four weeks, ranging from July 27^th to August 24^th, 59 South Sudan participants will take experts lectures and visit publishing houses in order to improve curriculum development, textbook publishing and academic research capability for South Sudan.

Moses Mading, the Director of National Language and Foreign Language in South Sudan, Mr. Mojok Kelei Deng, the professor from John Garang Memorial University of Science and Technology of South Sudan, Ms. Li Xuemei, Dean of the One Belt One Road Research Institute of Northwest University, Mr. Wang Tao, General Manager of On Top international Culture & Media Co.,Ltd., Mr. Zhang Yincang, the Deputy Dean of School of International Culture Exchange of Northwest University and all South Sudan participants joined the open ceremony.

This training program is considered a win-win cooperation for both CICE and Ontop International Culture and Media Co. Ltd.
