6. Application Requirements

A. Be in good health and well-conduct;

B. Non-Chinese citizens;

C. Above 18 years old and less than 40 years old;

D. Hold a relevant bachelor degree;

E. At least TOEFL IBT 60 or IELTS 5.5.

7. Application documents

1. Copy of valid passport photo page and 2 passport-sized photos;

2. Copy of highest diploma (Prospective diploma recipients must submit official document issued by your current school to prove your current student status or expected graduation date);

3. Copy of BA Academic Transcript;

4. Two recommendation letters in Chinese or English from professors or associate professors;

5. A Study Plan or Research Proposal in Chinese or English with a minimum of 800 words;

6. Foreigner Physical Examination Form;

7. The copy of TOEFL or IELTS transcript (Except applicants from native English countries)；

8. Application Form for Xi’an City One Belt One Road International Students Scholarship with signature.

   Note: Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations. No application documents will be returned.

    

   
   8. Application Procedures
   01 Complete online application at http://nwu.17gz.org, print and sign the Application Form for Foreign Students to NWU;

   02 Email all the clear required E-documents to tonwu@nwu.edu.cn;

   03 After internal review and evaluation, admissions office of School of Law will confirm with students for online INTERVIEW;

   04 Mail all the documents to International Students Admission, School of International Education, Northwest University；School of Intl. Education will send Admission Letters and JW202 Forms for the final confirmed students.
