4. Application Eligibility

A. Applicant should be under the age of 25 and in good health;

B. Applicant should have obtained a senior high school diploma or an equivalent diploma by the time of application;

C. English Proficiency Requirement (Except Native Speakers): TOEFL 50 or IELTS 5.0

5. Application Deadline: June 30th of each year

D. Valid Foreign Passport;

F. Non-criminal record.

Note: If the original copy is not in either Chinese or English, a notarized English document is required.

7. Application procedure

a. Complete online application at http://nwu.17gz.org, print and sign the Application Form for Foreign Students to NWU

b. Please post all paper documents to NWU.

c. After internal review and evaluation, NWU will confirm with the short listed students for final approval.

d. NWU will send Admission Letters and JW202 Forms for the final confirmed scholarship candidates.
